The journey from sea level to 5,000ft and back again
Old colonial Fort Kochi – then up to Munnar (the tea hills) – then Thekkadey (for Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary) – then a Backwaters houseboat cruise – then Marari Beach
I have designed this itinerary using lovely small hotels that I have stayed in previously, know well, and that I can recommend most highly. Getting around will be in chauffeured cars with English-speaking drivers.
The price of £2,195 pp (ex flights) is ‘mates’ rates’ for a small group tour, about 30% lower than it should be. The itinerary can be tailored for couples and for different times of year. Prices will be adjusted accordingly.
